Payment Terms
To maintain a dedicated and efficient development schedule for your project, we operate on a transparent, milestone-based structure:
- 50% Commitment Fee: Paid before project kickoff, asset gathering, and layout conceptualization.
- 50% Balance Delivery: Paid upon project completion, live review, and right before handing over the finalized live site on your custom domain.
Note: All payments are processed securely via M-Pesa, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Every website requires three key components: design, hosting, and a domain name. Our packages cover the website design, and we also help you get your website fully live and accessible online.
After the first year, standard renewal charges apply as outlined below.
Annual Renewal & Professional Care
For the first year, domain and hosting are FREE. You will only pay the website package.
1. Domain name From Ksh 1,500 – 2,500/yr (Highly recommend .co.ke for local Kenyan business targeting or .com for global visibility).
2. Hosting space From Ksh 5,500 – 7,500/yr.
3. SSL certificate @ 1,000/yr
4. Professional email(optional) @ 1,500/yr
5. Technical support fee applicable(optional)

Professional Cloud Hosting & Renewal
Every professional website requires three core components to stay live: a domain name (eg. www.companyname.com or www.companyname.co.ke ), reliable hosting infrastructure, and an active security certificate. For your first year, domain registration and hosting space are fully included in your website setup package. To ensure your digital asset remains online, responsive, and secure for your business, standard annual renewals apply starting in Year 2.
